Neuilly Park Hotel

Location is good and guys working at reception are attentive and nice.

Size of the rooms could have been better, however, not much they can do with this. Breakfast area is also small and not much choice there. I do understand that the hotel is old and they keeping certain level of authentic design, however, I didn't like that I should leave my room keys at the reception every time I have to go outside (they are afraid of not losing original old style keys - also they give only one key).

Location is superb. . Friendly and helpful staff. We booked this at the last minute because our apartment via booking.com was cancelled (that's the second cancelled apartment for the same trip)the night before we were due to go there. We were glad to find it . Luxury room was great but due to the heat, we found the second of the rooms too small so asked to move. We got a much better room the next day for a small supplement. Breakfast was really good but check whether it's included in price. Staff could not be more helpful.

A fridge in all rooms would be handy especially during high temperatures. Bins could be bigger in some rooms. Air conditioning units are very noisy but very necessary.

Staff was exceptionally helpful and responsive.

Excellent location close to everything
