Clean, great location, friendly staff.

The staff were all incredibly nice, and the location is fab- many great Metro links. We also used the private sauna room and it was great!
The room was quite small. It was okay for a night or two with 2 people, but any more than that would have gotten a bit frustrating as there was no place to put our things, walk around or do anything. Just a bed and a tiny bathroom.

While the facilities were good, the staff was EXCELLENT. They were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a problem setting up our electricity service for my son’s college apartment and the concierge spent over 30 minutes translating for us because the phone system would not allow us to speak to an actual person. They also upgraded our room when we checked in without any reason. We never asked for an upgrade at all! I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.
We booked two standard rooms but were upgraded for one of the rooms which was perfect—large, roomy and extremely comfortable. The other standard room had a small bathroom. That was the only issue. Just not 100% perfect if you want to get down to the nitty gritty details.
