Hotel Rappen Rothenburg ob der Tauber

Clean. Great location.

Everything, food in beer garden and breakfast were great. Service was great.

Nothing

Excellent location, just outside the walled city.

Bathroom was bit small.

Convenient location, quiet place, very good breakfast.

Cleaning staff opened our room without knocking to clean before 9, while we were still in bed. The most disappoint part however came afterwards. During our stay we had with us our pet - a small bird (a budgerigar/Wellensittich) - and nobody raised any issues, as according to the hotel's policy "Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.". We decided to book again some time later and despite the initial booking confirmation (and official policy) we received a brief message informing us that birds are not allowed without any further explanation whatsoever even though we complained about the absurdity of the situation and asked for an explanation.
