Staff were lovely and breakfast was fantastic!
Checking with Booking.com was a bit of an issue, but I feel that was a booking.com issue!

Welcoming hosts, perfect location, decent breakfast, easy check in and communication
rooms might do with some soundproofing, but this didn't hurt much

The staff were all very pleasant apart from an older woman who was very abrupt. We came back from dinner at 9 and asked to have a drink at the bar and were told twice the bar shut at 10. So we had one and went to the room. The chap at breakfast was a great host and the younger guy was also very pleasant. Food was good when I stayed there 6 weeks p[previously as part of a motorcycle group. Also they did not like Credit / Debit cards.
