Oceny i recenzje
100% sprawdzonych opinii8 / 10Doskonały·paź 2026
The location was very convenient, especially because the Mall of America was extremely close. That was definitely the best part of the stay.
The hotel gives the appearance of being newer or recently renovated, but once you get into the rooms, you can tell it has mostly had a facelift. Cleanliness was my biggest issue. There were no paper cups, and the glass cups provided were cloudy and looked questionable. The shower floor looked like it had not been properly cleaned in several stays, and there appeared to be mold in the corners of the sink. I could honestly go on about the cleanliness issues. For a hotel that presents itself as modern and updated, I expected much better upkeep and sanitation.

Overall the hotel was nice and comfortable
We were there from Thursday until Sunday and the room was never cleaned. On Saturday morning we specifically asked for service and manager assured us that the room would be cleaned. Once again it was not. This was the biggest negative of the weekend
