Were not very accommodating on 3rd last day I txt booking.com to request a late check which wld be 3pm but cldnt tell ua until ar least 24hrs before our departing date....they txt'd the next day saying they were on to cleaners and tat someone else was staying i looked on all there websites and even apply to stay from 19th to 22nd and the apartment i was in was not booked so my family with my autistic grandson sat at pool xoz we had to be out b4 12 if I could they said I left dead on12pm and I watched the apartment to see was anyone comin amd my taxi picked us up at 4½ and only person tat went in was the caretaker.. ṣ̌o that was big let down no.2nd set of keys apartment is lovely nife big one had 2 double and 1 single bed room

Tat we didnt get a.fresh set.of bed linen or new towels through put our 10days we were there

Nice place, everything worked good shower comfy beds good kitchen , iron.tv nice patio Thats as much as i used

Lock box for keys is easier . No lock on toilet or bedrooms

Wasn’t quiet enough bedroom was behind a Chinese restaurant that made the heat in the room so hot and the noise was on going till 3am everyday
