Plaza Hotel Beirut

I had a great stay at Hotel Plaza! Everything was good, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Mohammed was especially helpful. He kindly offered me a late checkout, even though I ended up not needing it, and also gave me some great tips on places to visit and things to do. I’ve stayed at several other hotels in the same area with similar prices per night, and honestly, they didn’t come close to the quality of this place. Great value for money, excellent service, and a very welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely come back on my next visit!

Rooms are a bit outdated, but the hotel is under renovation, although it is much better that the other places in al hamra

I loved that as soon as my friend and I arrived, even though we had booked two separate rooms, they upgraded both of us to suites. The staff were amazing—so helpful, kind, and welcoming. I was a little firm with them at first because I was exhausted from traveling, but I really appreciated the way they treated us and welcomed us.

At first, I didn’t like that there was no dedicated parking for hotel guests. I used to park on the side and leave the keys with the staff so they could move the car if needed, as I was told that spot was reserved for the manager. Overall, though, the friendly and helpful service definitely gets a 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 from me.
