Gorgeous pristine pool & surroundings. Rooms are very clean & authentic.

Taxis are expensive and can be difficult to arrange. We were quoted €120 just to get from Poggibonsi train station to the property. A cheaper option is to take the bus from Poggibonsi to San Gimignano, then use the hotel’s free shuttle. Just be aware that the shuttle only runs at certain times and needs to be booked with the hotel in advance. You need to book tickets for the bus. The property is quite isolated, so if you don’t have a car, I’d recommend making sure you have everything you need before arriving. Also worth noting that during the cooler seasons, dinner is served in the basement restaurant rather than in the outdoor setting shown in many of the photos.

The frond desk staff was amazing from the first minute all the way to the last . friendly, attentive just great. the food in the restaurant great, breakfast buffet amazing and delicious. the service staff was always smiling. I had a disability and was not able to walk mutch, the stuff helped me getting a wheelchair, organized transportation, service was just amazing. we will return with friends not once but many times to come, as we love the area and now your hotel. Keep doing what you do and you are a 5 star establishment in our eyes. A thank you to all at the Hotel.

Nothing, it was all exceptional. maybe the parking could be more as it was difficult to find a spot and to get to it.
