Our breakfast was outstanding and the location in the Old City was perfect . The staff from check in til we checked out were so amazing and attentive.

Beautiful hotel, very professional and friendly staff, amazing restaurant, comfortable bed, all decorations from precisiouse materials.
Just a bit out of the main attractions. SPA a bit depressive.

Great location. All major sites within walking distance. Dry hotel, but bars and restaurants all beside it.
Air conditioning in bedroom didn't work (other than making noise). 2 requests to fix it went ignored.

The hotel is just lovely. Staff are amazing, the cleaner (Layla) went above and beyond, the bell captain and bell team are very proactive and friendly, the bed was superb, and location could not be any better (just a short walk to all the main tourist sites). The building itself is stunning.
