Lovely hostel. We had a room on top floor which had a little courtyard. We were asked if we would like to change to lower floor as no lift but we were happy with the room. The owners were very helpful and provided iron and ironing board on request. Spotlessly clean and not too far to bars and restaurants.
More storage would have been useful. Owners were happy to provide extra hangers.

All the team is willing to be helpful and flexible.

Very conveniently located within 10 mins walk of main town centre but right next to charming square with great cafes for breakfast & evening drinks. Room nicely appointed with comfortable bed, and furnishings and smart tv.
No parking at hotel but offered private parking under main square but if walk and extra daily charge.

Location is fantastic
Air conditioning highly effective
Cleaning service daily
The staff seem disconnected from the customer. Pleasantries are limited, and the reception hours listed on the door are completely inaccurate.
Woken very early each morning by the sounds of cleaning other rooms
