La ubicación y estructura del hotel es excelente para el descanso. La chica de la limpieza era muy eficiente y mantenia en muy buen estado la habitación. El restaurante lo lleva otro equipo de dirección. Felicidades a Ivan (jefe de cocina y propietario) y Mario (jefe de sala) por el excelente servicio.

El check in fue un poco somero ya que no nos dieron instrucciones de nada sobre el hotel y habitación. Solo sobre el desayuno que no hicimos porque estabamos en la suite atico con cocina. La suite es muy escasa de material de cocina. Pej, no hay papel de cocina, ni manteles o servilletas. En la foto de la suite de la web de booking sale un puerta corredera entre dormitorio y salon que no estaba. Eso hacia que se oyera mucho el ruido de la tv del salon si alguien queria dormir en la cama grande.

The location is incredible — immersed in nature with a clean pool facing the mountains and the sea in the distance. The room was spacious with comfortable beds. The staff, in particular the restaurant team, were friendly and attentive. Nice breakfast.

We booked a “Suite with Mountain View” but received a room with a terrace facing only the garden. When I raised this, I was told the mountains were “behind the garden,” though in practice there was no real view. I didn’t insist further, as I understood the property was fully booked and I preferred to enjoy Begur. Still, it was disappointing, as the scenery was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel for my mother who was visiting the region. I kindly suggest renaming the room category to avoid misleading future guests, and offering a more understanding response when such concerns are raised.

Discreet location. Overseeing the area are very private rooms with various facilities including spa baths. Buffet was ok for breakfast

Despite nothing to do around there other than lounge around, the swimming pool would be nice if heated. As the spa is also available for non-guests at a price it would’ve been nice if the spa was also included as part of our stay as the prices are ok but the limitation is 90 mins. The coffee at breakfast was weird as the machine was giving too much milk for some of the coffee.
