Both were excellent.
The basement room was very hot and hard to ventilate.

Great location, very helpfull staff, cleab rooms. provided additional cooling fan given the heat wave outside, able to store luggage for a small fee

Close to Chelsea. On good bus routes from the station and to Sloane Square
Rooms compact . Just enough space to move but that was all we needed really.

The room was small, but reasonably comfortable, the location was good very close to local shops, small restaurants, cafes and local type pubs. easy taxi into the city areas
The room was small, but reasonably comfortable however it was very hot and had very little ventilation, a noisy fan was supplied have was only circulating warm air, Aircon unit would have been great
