Clean. Efficient and friendly staff. Good position for access to local areas.
Beds a little too soft for our liking. A/C provided, but would only cool down to 20 degrees...too warm. 18 degrees would be preferable.

First impressions not great as located on main road next to lidl but once inside reassured by general ambience and friendly welcoming staff. Rooms very compact but clean, quiet and comfortable. Good value breakfast including home made cake. Plentiful parking.
Fine for 1 or 2 nights
Nearest bars/restaurants 15 min walk, Arcachon centre 30 min walk . Rooms comfortable but very small, no storage eg wardrobe, just hangers on the wall.

It’s ok. Cheapest option booking last minute during peak season.
We arrived a bit early and initially weren’t allowed to leave our baggage in for storage until checking in just 1 hour after. Eventually, one of the guys in the staff worked it out for us, but we had to go through the battle. A hotel should provide this service.
The bed was uncomfortable and bed sheets worn out. The room was freezing when we arrived with the air con put to “froid”, temperature around 10 degrees. It took several hours to get the room warmer.
