Staff friendliness and helpfulness was exceptional.

Great resort with pool bar, ocean front view and amazing buffet breakfast
First night of stay got bitten by bed bugs on my back, legs and arms. Staff were very accommodating and called a doctor who helped with medication and moved to a new room.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room had been newly refurbished and was comfortable, fresh and beautifully presented. The facilities were excellent, including a brand-new gym which we made the most of and used every day.
The pool area was lovely, with direct access to the beach and plenty of comfortable lounges to relax on. The breakfast was also very good, with a great selection.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the facilities and location. We would happily return.

Location, it was a bit of a walk to main Sanur
The staff at check in were extremely rude, all the other staff were pleasant but our arrival reception at the hotel tainted our stay
