Great staff, always friendly, welcoming and helpful. The Concierge team organised an excellent boat tour of the Maddalena Islands for us and were generally very knowledgeable. The hotel’s private beach is lovely and secluded, and just a ten minutes boat ride away. The restaurant & bar options were excellent. There were plenty of places to sit and relax within the property as well as an outdoor pool area and gym.
Nothing of any great significance. The en-suite bathrooms are probably due a refresh, perhaps with the replacement of baths with step-in showers. The toilets adjacent to the bar & restaurants were in need of an upgrade too.

Service was great. Location was great. Amenities were great. Overall a quite nice hotel. We really love the private beach and the private access via boat that was really awesome probably the best part about the hotel. I also had a very nice pool very good location. Also, it had parking and the valet staff were very quick to get your car in and out of the parking grounds.
The costs for everything at the hotel are ridiculous, you are talking €35 for a Aperol Spritz. Also they have 3 restaurants here, one which served us the worst pizza. Pizza Hut in the UK was miles better… I ain’t joking 🫣 even the staff knew.

LOCATION , STAFF WAS HELPFUL. GOOD BREAKFAST. GOOD RESTAURANTS.
The captain was completely unprofessional and clearly lacked even the most basic customer service skills. His attitude and the way he spoke to guests were unacceptable and fell far below the standards expected from a luxury hotel. It is astonishing that someone in this position has not been properly trained. The hotel should immediately provide comprehensive customer service training or reconsider whether he is suitable for a guest-facing role.
