The hotel was a great location and beautiful. Staff was very nice. Needed more staff at check in.
Rooms weren't even refreshed on Saturday and I understand it's Sabbath but would have liked at least a refresh.

The breakfast was great. Huge choice for food.
There wasn't anything obviously available to tell you about trips and excursions or even anything to tell you what was available in the hotel, like the spa and massage etc

Room was nice with a view to the sea, breakfast is very rich with a very big variation of food. the staff is very helpful. the location is very good.
swimming pool was over crowded, we could not find a free chair and it was very loud so we left and went to the beach. parking service is very good but expensive.

Breakfast was crowded but overall nice. Amazing view out to the beach.
Hotel was very crowded - makes sense given the weather. utilities are dated in the room
