Latimer House

We had such a fantastic stay and our ground floor room with patio was superb and highly recommended even the cleaner on the Saturday knocked on door asking if we need anything and was really nice and friendly, 100% I will be booking again for a return and the same room as lastime.

Perfect location and a beautiful big room. We had the garden view room. Exceptionally clean and easy check in and check out. No problems at all. Thank you for a fantastic stay. This is not our first time staying at the hotel either always have a lovely stay.

The dehumidifier in the room was a little brightly lit making it feel like we had a night light on.

Everything

Nothing

The macerator toilet stopped working in our room. . It was struggling before we went out & then completely stopped when we got back at 1am. These things happen I know - but my real issue was the emergency number provided was not answered despite me caling seceral times.! It was an emergency we had no toilet! It was overflowing! We had to walk to the public toilets near the cinema. At 6am I finally got a message through from the emergency number 'saying there was a spare toilet on the same floor as us - describing where it was etc. (it wasn't signposted). There was no apology or offer of compensation for this bad service and lack of toilet. Very very poor... This was our fourth stay here - but we won't be coming back...
