The location and view were perfect.

Location! This hotel sits atop a remarkable geologic area that provides the best views of the ocean and surrounding area.
A short walk to restaurants and cafes.
Car park below the hotel.

The position of the hotel was excellent. The small town of Zumaia was super and the natural environment withing the Flysch coast was amazing.
The price-quality ratio wasn’t good enough: too small room, everyday cleaning not guaranteed, missing enough hanging hooks in the bedroom and in the bathroom, cleaning an ld maintenance (eg.: the aircon in the restaurant was leaking water on the floor for days)
