The hotel is located in a more quiet area, which is good. Plenty of free parking spaces around. The room were cleaned daily, excluding Mondays. The personnel is always on top to answer any question.

be wary that the beach is very mediocre for Mallorca standards -the water is murky and full of sea trash - also take into consideration that the beach is wide spread open so with NE winds (typical) it will blow your head off - it is much better to go by car f.e to Cala Gat

The staff are very professional and very accommodating. They let us checkin 3 hours early. The blonde in the reception is amazing aside from her superb communication skill, she let us use the first floor bath even when we already check out and given us new towels too.
The indoor pool is not open the entire 4 days that we were there.

I travelled with two kids and the breakfast was good enough.
The beach is acceptable, but I'd recommend renting a car and exploring the island.
Also, there are many restaurants around and towards Cala Millor.
The personal was very helpful and friendly! Thanks to them!
The room was old. The electrical switch didn't work in the bedroom. Everything seemed old and not maintained. There was bad smell from the bathroom. For the price I paid, I'd expect to not have such issues.
