Excellent property in a perfect location. Saint James on Venice is conveniently situated in Morningside, with easy access to Durban CBD, Durban North, Musgrave, Berea, Overport, North Beach, Moses Mabhida Stadium, Suncoast Casino and Blue Lagoon. Comfortable, peaceful and very convenient. Highly recommended!

I loved everything about Saint James on Venice. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, most have balconies, the air conditioners work perfectly, and the beds are big and comfortable. Everything was clean, with fresh towels, shampoo, shower gel and body lotion provided. They also have a designated smoking area. Great location, excellent comfort and a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

I should’ve booked a room with a mini bar fridge. But that has nothing to do with the property.

Big rooms with comfortable bed
The access to the property , I don’t like to wait for the security to open for us . Access control card is needed.
