Location is definitely the best thing about the property.

This place is far from a 9,1 rating. there are no: - willingness to manage customers dissatisfaction; - no internet in the rooms (apparently there is internet in few rooms but they are selling it as it works in all accommodations; - we complained about the internet and the proposed solution was to move us to the only available room, but because it was with sea view, they wanted us to pay the upgrade. Shame! We were paying for a service that we didn’t have (internet) and they wanted to make money with a feature that we didn’t need. - no clothes hangers; - the sink is about to fall. THEY HAVE TO CHANGE THE DESCRIPTION: INTERNET ONLY IN COMMON AREAS.
