One of our favourite places to stay in Newcastle
Keypads are a little tricky

Large apartment, modern with all the modcons.

The location was walking distance to shops, the facilities were good (pool and gym), the room's cleanliness and the ease in checking in.
I missed a call from the property on the morning of my check in, it was very suspicious because it was a confirmed booking. Them calling me to confirm seemed like a scam call.
Anyway when I eventually called them back , the gentleman who answered my call seemed to be having a bad day.

Location was good. Pull out bed was comfortable. Apartment was clean and fresh
Communication of parking was poor; staff members were rude at times and/or abrupt. Customer engagement low. It stated 1 bedroom apartment a dividing glass panel with a glass slider is not what I would call a one-bedroom apartment. Especially when you are staying with a fellow work colleague.
