Perfect location for the Oxford Half
It was a bit outdated and probably because the Oxford too expensive for what you get

Location is great on major bus routes into city. Lovely house in great location with friendly and accommodating staff.
The headboards are very close to wall and could hear them banging from next room in the night.
The breakfast is very minimal compared with other similar B&B's. There should be the option of more cooked items for example bacon and baked beans. A hard boiled egg and toast does not represent an Oxford breakfast.
Nescafe Red coffee in room is poor.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff
Needs a bit of redecoration

Location is good, and the room was clean. The person we spoke to to complain that the room looked very different than what we had booked was very friendly and tried to move us, but was not possible.
Different room than what was in the photos, way smaller and very worn down. Bed is rock hard and everything is very tired looking. It was not cheap either
