Hoianese Quiet Old Town Hotel - Cultural Experiential Hotel

Incredible hotel, rooms, and hospitality! Truly value for money. The staff were so helpful and friendly, they went above and beyond to give us the best experience. If you are booking this hotel for the walking tour and history tour make sure to check in advance which days it's being held on because we got there and found out that our check in and check out was such that we weren't going to be able to attend either. However, once again the staff were angels and they specially arranged for us to join another walking tour and that ended up being a highlight of our Hoi An trip! They even gave us a little traditional parting gift while checking out. The diy Vietnamese coffee station near the reception was a thoughtful addition which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Had a wonderful stay at the Hoianese Quiet. The room was clean, stylish, and great value for money. The hotel is a short walking distance from the old town, and rents bicycles at a reasonable rate to explore beyond there. Breakfast is worth splashing out for, with a good variety of international and Vietnamese options that can be ordered a la carte. The highlight of the stay, however, was the incredible service and attention to detail. The receptionists (Spring, Kimmi and Lily) were just the friendliest people, and were willing to share recommendations and answer any questions. Likewise, little touches like having complimentary filtered water available with a couple of bottles waiting in the fridge showed a sustainability mindset and thought into the needs of guests.

We really enjoyed our stay here in Hoi An. Firstly we were met by the most lovely staff, Spring, she gave us a lot of information about the town and some recommendations on tours/places to eat etc. We had a really comfortable room. Location was excellent very close to the old town- 10 mins walk or less. The staff really made a difference to our stay. They are all very kind and helpful with anything that you need. We met with Spring, lily, Helen and kimmi during our stay. We had the breakfast on two mornings and it was delicious! I would definitely recommend this property for people coming to stay in Hoi An. Thank you for a wonderful trip

The shower in the bath was a little awkward to use but it didn’t take anything away from our experience at the hotel. We had a wonderful stay.
