Willows Motel

Bathroom was very clean and shower hot and plentiful. Floor was a little slippery though, which made me very careful every time I entered. Bed was ok. Pillows were a bit old and should have been replaced. Property was generally very neat and clean.

Room service breakfast was not good. I could have bounced my fried eggs off the floor they were so hard and rubbery. Yes, I'm fussy about my eggs and like them soft over-easy style. These were so overcooked! No butter for the toast or sauce that I had ordered and paid for. Had to ask for that. Room service did not take note of my late checkout and tried to enter the room whilst still in bed. Had to tell them three times that I had a late checkout time. They did not make up the room on the second day, which I had expected, but merely asked if I needed anything replaced. Bit stingy on milk, etc in the rooms. Whilst generally pretty clean, there were strange black marks behind the pillows on the wall which I couldn't identify, which definitely needed some attention.

Perfect for a stop over on the way back to Melbourne after a very exhausting day

All perfect

Only 6mins by car to town centre Spacious room Cosy 2 seater couch Kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, plates, cutlery Modern tiled bathroom, lge corner shower, huge basin Latest wall mounted tv Crispy clean sheets on king size bed

Water in bathroom basin drained slowly

It was quiet, in Goulburn. The bed had a blanket.

It was a small room with linoleum on the floor. The electric blanket didn’t work(only in one spot on the bed)and in the morning the shower head fell off.
