Great location- close to the center, marina, and its in Chiara (a nicer area). It was also well maintained and the host was nice and helpful.

Excellent location and wonderfully helpful directions and arrival instructions by Max. A really brilliant spot with generous biscuits, water, coffee and sweets for guests. Loved the place.

Great location, special beautiful room and amazing people taking care of us. Parking paid, but super convenient and discounted.

There were two staff members who were really helpful and friendly. The one didn't speak any English but still managed to be helpful and welcoming. The other staff member did speak English and he was really helpful in showing us where to go to get some good food and where to visit etc
The was one staff member who was completely rude and unfriendly, he made us and our fellow guests uncomfortable and not welcome. He was bitter and very impatient. You should think about not allowing him to deal with your guests.
