Lovely and clean, staff helpful, location excellent and great breakfast choices

Great location for Lincoln, quirky property with individualised rooms. Staff all friendly and efficient. Public car park directly opposite, I believe there is limited permit parking directly outside.

No lift, wasn’t a problem for me but may impact some guests.

Friendly, helpful staff. Nice atmosphere. With parking and located close to centre of town.

Rooms size are ok for couple of nights. Fit for purpose.

Extremely well situated near to a variety of points of interest. The breakfast was good, fresh and tasty with a variety of hot dishes. Other food eaten in the hotel restaurant was also very good. The staff were lovely.

The hotel was quite tatty upstairs with stained carpet and paint that needed refreshing. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but the toilet was not clean and the skirting boarder was dusty in the bathroom. When I mentioned the toilet issue, the staff member was very apologetic and sent someone to clean it. Unfortunately, neither of us slept as there was a droning noise from what I was told was a kitchen fan which hadn’t been switched off. It was quite warm in the room, but opening the window wasn’t an option due to the noise from the fan which was clearly audible even with ear plugs in.
