Daunou Opéra

Great stay in Paris! The hotel was very central, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and we were lucky enough to get an upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. Overall, a really convenient and enjoyable place to stay while exploring Paris.

In reality this is a cheap hotel. But the price is not low.

The location is perfect. Room is clean, but lacks all the basic hotel stuff that I usually get in the bathroom, like shower cap, facial cleansing discs, slippers,bathrobe ( which I always find in a 3 star hotels in Paris) even a bottle of water was with extra charge. ( we only got free bottles of water on the day of our arrival) The room was clean, but one day when we entered the room after the cleaning lady left all our t shirts and nightgowns were thrown on the floor, I took pictures of it and showed it to the lady at the reception, no reaction, no apologies... It was very very weird. The breakfast is very poor, the poorest I have ever experienced in hotels Paris ( I have stayed in several) Even the bread and pastry was not fresh every day. I would not recommend this hotel, there are plenty of much better options nearby and with a better price selection.
