Booking ping pong responsibility evasion for generating invoice. Initial lack of support in table arrangements for New Year's party. Lack of punctuality from the the snorkel tour's staff at the dive center

The property and the villas were lovely. The staff is outstanding. Breakfast selection is great.

Our pool was super fogy indicating it wasnt clean at all. when we told reception (twice) they said they would send maintenance but nothing happend - so we couldnt use the pool our entire stay. When we repeated the problem while settling the bill expecting compensation we were initially offered way too low compensation for the mishap and only after pushing they reacted correctly. In a hotel of this level we would have expected the pool cleaning to happen immediately, a new room and/or receiving compensation right away. Breakfast is crowded and loud - so we did not go after the first day.
