YHA Swanage

Cheap, friendly, location was good, excellent breakfast, bags of character

Car park was full when I arrived. Found on street parking but up steep hill. Towels not available as standard - you have to hire them

Excellent location

Can’t think of anything

The location to Swanage centre was good. The self catering kitchen was well equipped. The showers were good.

Such a noisy hostel, especially late at night with guests slamming doors.

lovely old house, great welcoming helpful staff - clean room and comfy bed. big kitchen for cooking and lovely old wood panelled living room for relaxing in. with views.

the outside lights left on all night lighting up my room - luckily had black out curtains. but needs review as not necessary all night. or could go on/off if people walking up. thoughless man who vaped close by outside in the morning and was not respectful - staff member said they could not do anything about this. mmm. I feel that there needs to be a clear sign requesting smokers/vapers to be mindful of others... I was eating breakfast and had to go back indoors...
