It was my first time in Boracay and I am so happy I booked here. The staffs especially ate Len took very good care of us and the hotel dog, Boo, made our stay much enjoyable. We enjoyed their company so much and it's a perfect location if you want to have as much privacy in Boracay while enjoying the beach! We'll definitely miss the place, ate Len and Boo!

ridiculous high prices to take transport from airport to ferry and then ferry to island and then from port to the hotel-- both ways

The serenity and ambiance of the space. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was served in our rooms. It is very calming and we can relax if we dont feel walking along the beach. Staff are very accomodating and helped us in checking in. We arrived very early but the staff tried to accomodate as asap. Very much appreciated.
If you prefer a place cozy, relaxing and private, we would vouch for Roy's., Would definitely come back again!
