Lovely area near the station and close to the lovely neighbourhood of Yanaka. Easy access to and from Narita airport. Loads of thoughtful amenities and even though the room was small, it was extremely well designed to include everything we needed and more.

I liked the mini-kitchen area and the tea kettle and tea provided to make hot drinks. Wi-fi and TV worked great. Very close to Nippori station so we didn't have to walk far. Staff was very helpful about storing our luggage for us until check-in and they even pre-emptively moved our luggage to our room for us prior to check-in.
The pictures on the website seemed to imply the room would be larger than we got but it was a bit cramped. I opted to pay more for a little extra space but it wasn't what we received. The bathroom shower curtain in our unit 406 had that mildewy smell which was a bit off-putting. The curtain needs to be washed properly.

It really was not what I expected and felt photos were misleading. It’s fine I guess but location is far , I booked because I was leaving from Narita. Staff not super friendly, but weren’t mean. For 160-180/night I felt it didn’t meet any of my standards.
What I said above.neutral staff and location not most convenient .i wouldn’t book this again.
