Friendly staff welcome you at the first entrance.
The size of our room was great. The room and bathroom were clean.
The breakfast was wonderful, and the lady working there that morning was also friendly and helpful.
We only stayed for one night, but it was a nice experience.

Very clean, good breakfast.
We found out that what every hotel in the world categorizes as a triple room, on the reservation site was presented as a junior suite. We wouldn't have booked the room if we had known that aspect. The reception had no idea that the two young men in the next room played very loud music at 6 a.m. and there wasn't any contact list in the room. Once informed, they reacted immediately. Insufficient parking on the street.

They ensured gluten free bread for a celiac family member
Weak flush in the toilet
No fridge available, it would be nice to have one available

Breakfast is not buffet as advertised but the staff really made our day get better.
