Great location
Not so comfortable rooms and there were night were they were pretty noisy. You can hear the rooms from the upper floor and the cleaning personnel were way too loud

I really liked the hosts of the place and also the convenience of the location.
The rooms were very big and therefore spacious to have your luggage open as well as plenty of shelves for your clothes etc.
The mini-fridge was also great, keeping all your water/beers cool, and the air-conditioning was amazing. It even got quite cold that I needed an extra blanket during the night!
The place although a little old is very clean and the area feels super safe.
I think the hostel is a bit run down but I noticed this is not just prevalent to this place.
The entire city of Ibiza looks a bit run down and unless you're paying >200Euros a night for an upscale/new hotel, it's a similar state for most of the BnBs.
