A gym is missing . The toilet could be cleaner for property of this stature. The breakfast has many varieties but the authentic South Indian breakfast taste is missing. That’s a massive surprise given that this is in Tamil Nadu state ! Something is missing in the menu at the cooks cook breakfast . The western options are ok but where has the Indianness gone

Good - the staffs are very helpful and pleasant at the front desk. Breakfast spread is pretty good really enjoyed the fresh fruits. Rooms are spacious with nice valley views.

Bad - Rooms though spacious are outdated with old furnishings. The quality of mattresses and sofa are poor. Tv is so old with no options to watch your favorite language wanted to watch football which took them 2 days to get done. Google Maps took me through dangerous roads to reach there. Called and emailed them like 5 times but no reply. No way to reach them to ask for help unfortunately. Also got my car scratched through the narrow road. Play area though meant for guests seems to be more enjoyed by staffs there so loud we could hardly sit and enjoy. Worst part during checkout they don’t accept cash for the food we had !! There is no mention on the desk or anywhere.
