Spacious Room / Clean/ With Italian Restaurant / Good room amenities/ Poperty is just accross the Tram Station-Hohenschaftlarn / Countryside
Location, is 30 minutes away from Munich Center, serviced by only 1 Tram LIne -27, that runs every 20 mins. You hear the warning bell clanging, each time a train approaches (both ways).

Breakfast was excellent, location at the train station perfect, restaurant in house most convenient! Overall, we had an excellent stay, with only one thing that can be improved.
My parents are in their 80s and would have preferred a shower instead of a bathtub. The bathtub worked, but it would have been much easier if it had a handle for them to hold on to while getting in and out.

Very friendly owner and staff , very big room and very good restaurant. Our room had a very good view across a feilds to the church which is light up at night. Excellent breakfast and excellent restaurant. Thank you of our stay, oh and getting oat milk in especially for us .
The only thing we did not like was we could only stay two nights.
