Champagne Castle Hotel

Beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. Food variety and quality exceptional. Breathtaking views of the mountains. The staff is very well trained and friendly. Recreation areas beautiful and quiet. Absolutely worth visiting

Bathroom needs updating. Shower small and door a bit worn out. It seemed to be a lovely bathroom but for another decade. However it is clean and presentable.

The setting is superb, surrounded by mountains. The food was excellent - breakfast, lunch and dinner! The staff is friendly and attentive! They were going out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Alot of activities in close range of the hotel. The Wellness centre is also worth a visit.

Nothing worth noting

10/10 for view and location. We were staying in a self catering cottage and it provided all the "home comforts". Stunning view from the unit and more than enough space within the unit so nobody felt like they were on top of one another. Gorgeous hikes on your door step.

Receptionist staff on the day we arrived and the further 3 days were not especially polite or helpful. It was sad this was the case as we honestly didn't feel welcomed at all when we arrived. We were also not given any information on Wifi, the facilities or even where our unit was! Also asked further questions the day after we arrived and the answer was always the same "I will find out for you" but never got any updates or answers to my questions. Self Catering listings said it had a coffee machine but there was no coffee machine in the unit.

Expensive and in need of makeover. Rooms and bathrooms are old fashioned.
