Lo Nardo Accommodation

A beautiful and very tastefully decorated room in a 3-storey traditional Eolian Island house in the centre of Lipari town, just 5 minutes walk from the ferry port. The place offers a fully equipped rooftop shared kitchen and a terrace for mealtimes. Very helpful management came to meet us at the port and helped with our luggage.

Great location close to the port. Nice and clean apartment. Easy check-in thanks to the host picking us up in the harbor upon our ferry’s arrival.

Very weak wifi, had to remind the host that the accommodation has not yet been paid 😅

The shower water didn’t get hot

Someone met me at the port and check me in. It was great. The room is on the second floor so you can open the window. There is a terrace but the temperature was too cold then to use. The fridge is in the terrace and I wish that it was in my room. Nearby there are many restaurants. There is a trail nearby on Alltrails app that I found and this place is perfect to do that 6 miles trail. This city is so well connected to all the nearby islands . This property is great place as you are only minutes away from the port. If I ever go back to Lipari, this would be a perfect base to explore other islands.

The following is easily resolvable had I texted the owner. My fault. I was too lazy. I had issues with shower temperature. I couldn’t control it . It was either too hot or too cold.I could have contacted the owner. He is mostly available and always helpful . The owner sought to help anyway they could. The first day someone emptied my garage which was so nice as I ate fruit and the garage needed to be emptied. The second night I noticed someone entered the terrace through my room but she didn’t empty it. But this is no big deal really. Minor minor things. I could have emptied it myself.
