The breakfast was good the waiter and employees at the breakfast buffet receive excellent service and exceeded expectations
The location was fantastic everything like restaurants house of lechon, 7/11, the Ayala Mall only a 5mins walking distance
The bed was hard to sleep on due to it was a gym mat not an actuall mattress the actuall mattress was on the single bed not on the deluxe double bed
Including when we request to clean the room/ make up room the bed sheets/ linen was not replaced

Location and staff
Although Booking.com indicated that a complimentary airport transfer was included in our reservation, the hotel failed to provide this service, stating that no such amenity is covered under our current booking.
