Nice location clean rooms quality spa and friendly staff

During our stay at your hotel, we experienced several incidents that we consider completely unacceptable for a hotel of this category. While we were sitting in the hotel café, a person walked past reception and approached us to ask for money. When a member of your reception team noticed what was happening, they came over to remove him. However, the fact that such an incident was able to take place in the first place is deeply concerning. This individual could have approached any guest, potentially creating an uncomfortable or even threatening situation. Guests should feel safe and protected within the hotel premises, and this is a basic expectation of any establishment of your standing. Another disappointing incident occurred at the swimming pool while we were trying to relax in the afternoon. A hotel employee began cleaning equipment almost immediately next to us, using noisy machinery for a considerable amount of time. It took some time before another member of staff noticed the disturbance and intervened, asking the employee to continue his work further away from the guests. When guests choose to spend their afternoon relaxing by the pool before enjoying the spa facilities, especially after paying for a stay at a hotel of this standard, they reasonably expect a peaceful and relaxing environment. Having hotel staff create considerable noise with machinery right next to guests is simply unacceptable, particularly when the disturbance is caused by the hotel’s own operations. We have stayed at your hotel on previous occasions and have consistently chosen the half-board package, including dinner. Unfortunately, the dinner experience on this occasion was particularly disappointing. The à la carte evening menu was, quite frankly, astonishingly limited in its main-course offerings. Options such as a club sandwich, avocado toast and a burger are not what we would reasonably expect from a hotel of this category for an evening dining experience.
