room was awesome, was only there one night

as a smoker, i understand the no smoking policy in the room, but the whole resort ? it was a long walk to the one smoking area

The room was a great size and homely, with all the fixings.

Not a big issue but the sink drain plug in the powder room is stuck down so water doesn’t drain away for some time so we used the kitchen sink to wash hands. And the frying pan was quite greezy from the last guests but I realise it’s because there wasn’t a lot of dish soap (2 sachets) so you use it sparingly, not sure when you’re going to run out.

The resort style pool area was gorgeous with great BBQ facilities. Full sized kitchen. Great location.

Title 'Resort' is a bit far fetched. No cafe or breakfast options. We stayed in room 3104 which was spacious. Had an inbuilt alarm system that did not work, with motion sensors in each room. Found this to be a bit bizarre. The corridor and room smelt like off Indian food the 3 days we stayed. The floors were un-clean. No pool towels provided. Construction in the room next to us was extremely loud within working hours. The patio had old mop buckets filled with black mouldy water, sinks in bathroom had orange gunk around the drain hole. The booking page states that it has tennis facilities. It does not, its located next door to the tennis center in which was under renovations at the time of our stay. The beds were low and hard, pillows were slim and about 10 years old. The main bed had a minky throw blanket as the main blanket, no doona.

The beds were very uncomfortable, the rooms were looking very tired and damaged, there was limited items in the kitchen, the rooms were not welcoming aesthetically.
