Great pool area and breakfast. The gym was reasonable for a hotel in Bali.
Sometimes took a while for service by the pool. But they were always so helpful and polite.

The breakfast was amazing. The pool was lovely and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Service was very slow in the restaurant at times. The place needs updating and looks old and tatty in places. A bit far away from Seminyak and the shuttle wasn't frequent enough.

had difficulity with the payment for breakfast and instead had to buy a credit instead of paying for the breakfast. Also this was non refundable. Bad karma.
Had a terrible dinner one night so did not eat dinner there again.
The main entrance is high form the road has lots of steps and ramps which are difficult for luggage and people with leg problems.
