Great location, lovely clean and well kitted boutique rooms at a fair cost

Very central in the town, but surprisingly quiet, having a bedroom at the back overlooking the church. Very comfortable bed & the facilities in the en suite were excellent. Nicely furnished characterful building. Breakfast was excellent & for reasonable price.
Slight nuisance having to go outside onto the pavement & through the adjoining front door to access the bedrooms. My husband lamented the fact that there was no marmalade for breakfast!

Location town centre
No car park
Advised no chef re breakfast (which was included in the booking). Advised to go to cafe next door and would get a refund of £20 (in total for 2 £10 each) The breakfast actually cost us £32 which at £16 was not grand and a fair price. Not sure what breakfast the hotel expected us to buy for £10. Stayed 1st May as at 1st June still not received £20 and now chasing for money. Hotel admit they have not processed when I phoned them.
