We enjoyed the comfort of the bedroom (no 6) which had a double bed and a single and overlooked the sea, it had a fridge, a kettle, good size TV and plenty of hangers. Full English breakfast was hot and perfect. I would highly recommend this

Bed and breakfast was excellent (especially the breakfast). Will definitely stay here again on our trips to Eastbourne. Very friendly and hospitable.

Fabulous friendly welcoming host, great breakfast (I had scrambled eggs with salmon) lovely decor, beautiful morning with the sun streaming into the lounge. Room very comfortable and spotless. Short walk to many useful facilities. Easy parking.
