Balai Tinay Guesthouse

Super homey vibes. It's like you're home away from home when you book this stay. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The ambience of the place is so comfy. The shared areas are very well kept and maintained complete with amenities should you need to cook or just have a coffee or an area to enjoy your take out food. The air breeze flows perfectly within the property so staying in the common area is refreshing even there's no AC. The rooms are clean as well equipped with smart TV with Netflix. It's got everything you need for a comfy stay. Bonus: it's got a nice view of Mayon as well which you can perfectly see when there's clearing.

The roads within the vicinity is somehow narrower than a normal road so driving is a bit challenging (esp for big cars). But a dedicated parking space is provided for guests so you can safely park your car should you bring one.

The place was homey - comforting to end a busy day. The hosts were friendly. Connectivity was good - stable enough for online activity. The place was quiet. I love the ambience!

Nothing really but just a suggestion to add an extra chair - tho I think if we asked we would have been provided.
