The rooms… they should have a/c, coffee maker and refrigerator.

The view from the location of the lake and the Volcanoes is amazing. Terrific staff! Best hotel in Guatemala
I loved everything about it including the location. Just far enough away from town to enjoy the peace but close enough to get back when you want.

The serving staff were friendly and helpful
There was a variety of options for breakfast
The hotel gardens were amazing and there were beautiful plants inside the hotel along the corridors etc
The decor was tasteful and attractive
Paying over US$330 for a lakeside view and barely seeing the lake
The amenities in the room ...extra small shower stall with a hand held shower head attached to the wall, no air con and its NOT cool at night in June so sleeping is difficult. The standing fan was useless.
The room needs some upgrading
Front desk staff not very friendly
