The location and space was great and fun.
I didn’t like they charged $27 for a supposedly oil stained bedsheet.

Fantastic location in El Poblado neighborhood; easily walkable. Beautiful view from the rooftop. Carolina was supper friendly and helpful with recommendations.
We had issues with the water throughout the visit. First it ran only scalding hot, then not at all. Toilets wouldn't flush and we were unable to use the hot tub throughout the stay. Eventually we ended up with correct water pressure but only cold water. We had to wait for the repair people twice, which was disappointing because we only had a few days in Medellin. Carolina was super attentive and did her best to resolve the situation. We finally gave up and settled on cold water because we didn't want to be stuck in the apartment waiting instead of seeing the city.

Great location in El Poblado, near Provenza, and close to supermarkets, restaurants, and parks.

Location was great
You get hot water only if you turn on 2-3 taps at same time.
