It’s a lovely historic (700-hundred-year-old) guesthouse in the heart of Bhaktapur. The people who run the place are warm, welcoming and accommodating.

It was right on one of the main squares; the breakfast included the famous Juju Dahi, the rooms had character. The brother and sister who ran the guest house were very friendly and helpful.
The rooms were a bit old, of course but they were dusty, and some of the rooms did not have enough natural light, but to be expected in a place so old.

It truly felt like a high-end boutique hotel, being at the same time local and authentic experience. Excellent breakfast, beautiful room, friendly owners, unbeatable location. Dinner was also very good
Wasn’t possible to sleep with open windows due to the street noise, but the windows provided surprisingly good insulation from it and the very efficient fan helped mitigate the July weather

Historic, old building, close to action
Very dirty bedsheets, they obviously didn't change them for a long time, smell was terrifying and many yellow stains and hair. They didn't even apologize for that.
