Worst ever welcome : The person at the reception was EXTREMELY RUDE. My company had arranged a delivery for me to pick, and it was delivered by the courier a say before I checked in. I kept calling them and dropping messages on booking.com but they never responded. I also tried contacting them via Whatsapp but the number wasn't registered on Whatsapp. When we checked in, the guy at the reception was extremely rude and said out right next time I am not going to receive any parcel. He had his face on! Next , We were unable to open the door of the room, my friend asked the same receptionist to help us, and was so annoyed and irritated that he started to punch the lift machine , making faces and taking loud sighs ,showing his frustration. Amenities: The iron was broken, the shower screen drain was clocked with water accumulating on the floor, as you take the shower , the toilet seat cover was broken and kept falling I wasn't expecting a "5 star" place vs what I paid,but this was not even close to what I had paid for. We would have adjusted with the condition of amenities, but sometimes it's the people who are pure deal breakers. Never going to stay there, ever again. Turkish people are known for their kindness and hospitality,but this individual acted like I have never experienced it ever before , (this was my 5th trip to Turkey, only mentioning so you know where I'm coming from)
