The accommodations were outstanding the people in the restaurant were first class and extremely accommodating as my work day was met with incredible comfort and communication I really liked how the bakery provided a full menu and outstanding service. I also have the opportunity to meet the owner and had a great conversation with him as well.

I've got different sizes of rooms for my second stay with same price. I found it a bit disappointed because I was expecting a separate Living and bed room like first time.

Well appointed and well located

The location was great and very convenient for getting around Cabo. The room was simple but had everything needed for a short stay, including a small kitchen area which was helpful. There’s also a bakery/restaurant on-site and the pastries and treats were really good.

The hotel itself was very basic and the customer service could have been better. I arrived several hours before check-in and asked if I could at least sit outside and connect to Wi-Fi while waiting, but I was told Wi-Fi was only available once I officially checked into the room. There was also no flexibility at all with early check-in. During the night, I found small cockroaches in the bathroom, which made me uncomfortable. I was also required to leave a 1000 peso deposit at check-in, which I still have not received back. When I followed up a few days later, I was told it would be returned soon, but it still hasn’t come through.
